So I've moved an epic and all its children (via bulk move if it matters) from projectA to projectB. The move looks correct when I did it. Now I'm trying to add a new child issue in the epic via the child list UI where you write the title, and it does create one, but in projectA, not projectB , where the epic is located.
Creating it via the proper UI works of course (as there's a dropdown for the project there which populates with the correct project).
Is there a way to make that epic "forget where it came from" and act as though it was created in the new project?
Thanks in advance.
Hi @Dimitris Giakoumis !
Could you please elaborate on what you mean by the "child list UI"? If you could include a screenshot of how you are trying to add the issue to the Epic, it would be very helpful!
Under the epic description there's a list of all child tickets. You can get a field at the bottom of the list either by clicking the + icon at the top of the list or the "Add a child issue" and then you type the description, and it just creates it.
