when a case is re-opened, we would like to mark it as re-opened and we would like to see this information next to status field. Something similar to Resolution field.
If possible, is it possible to add a dynamic info which is the re-opened date?

No, it is not possible for you to place a field next to the Status field, in the same area where you see the Resolution field.
If you want to see in that area that the issue has been Reopened, you could include a "Reopened" status in your workflow.
If you want to record the date when an issue was reopened, you can add a custom Date field to your issue and use an Automation Rule to set that date field when you transition the issue from your "done" statuses to a status that represents "reopened".
On your Reopen transition add a transition screen and add the field you want to capture. Make it mandatory if needed using Workflow Validator.
