Background:
Create an issue with the correct sprint, due dates, tags etc.
It is showing in "Issues".
It is not showing on the current project board that is showing the tickets of the current sprint or the backlog.
How can I make the ticket show on the main project board and the relevant sprint?
Is this a CMP project? Assuming so, what displays on the project board is controlled by the underlying filter. So in this case if an issue is not showing on the board you should inspect the boards filter and why the specific issue is being excluded. I can assist further if you can provide more details about the issue and also an image of the board’s filter.
Hi Jack. Thanks for the response. The project is a Company-managed project.
I checked the project settings > issue layout > the project includes "tasks" which is what the specific issue is categorized as.
As you can see in the attached, it is visible under "issues", not under "to do" on the board & the configuration of the issue is correct. I even tried to make a new ticket and the same thing occurred.

What is the second image from a kanban or scrum board maybe? Does the issue show in the backlog? How are your statuses mapped to the board columns.

The second image are the ticket configuration options. It does not show in the backlog. I don't understand the third sentence. Can you explain in basic terms.

Again what is displayed on the board is governed by the underlying board filter. If you go to board settings - General what does your board filter look like can you share it? Regarding my third sentence above again if you go to board settings - columns it will show which statuses are mapped to which column on your board.

Agree with Jack.
There may be chance that workflow status are not mapped in board column .
