New jira doesn't show Pin at the bottom of the comment to display it above all other comments

After left a comment, I didn't see a pin option at the bottom of the comment, how to pin a comment to display it above all other comments all the time?

I am not sure what you mean by the new Jira. Maybe you migrated from data center to cloud?

The feature is not currently available natively in cloud. There is a feature request you can track here: JRACLOUD-74995.
