I think we are missing something here. but....
a team member created a new project for our studio and has been adding new tickets to it for the backlog. When we go in to edit priority. its not editable...we all have admin access to and yet none of us can change the priority status.
Is there something we are missing that stops this from happening? I just assumed we all had to be in the same group

Kindly check that the Priority field is added to the Edit screen for this issue type.

Failure to edit priority means that you cannot see the priority field, or you can see it but cannot modify it?
