I just created a new free Jira site. I'm having an issue with one of my invited users. She did not receive the email invite and I cannot delete her account and try again as she was the 10th person I added.
Can someone assist with troubleshooting?

Can it be that your invited user had a mailbox problem? If it has a problem when the user invite supposed to go out, the email will hard bounce. Take a look if this helps: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Unsuppress-invitation-emails-with-one-click/ba-p/2230952#M7912

Unfortunately, it is still not possible to cancel invite a new member in Atlassian Cloud at this time CLOUD-10976.
A possible workaround is to delete the user from the user list. They should not be able to use the instance after this action.
In User Management, Click on the user, click the three dots and select Remove user.
