New user not receiving invitation

Hi,

I am trying to send an invitation to one of our users. I clicked several times on Resend Invitation with no luck. The invitation email does not reach her. It does not land either in her spam mailbox.

When she tries to login a message mentions that an invitation has been sent to her.

Is there any other way I can send this invitation?

Hi @Administrateur Informatique ,

I found one particular user from your domain on our email service's suppression list. The mail server at your organization returned this error, which prevented more email delivery attempts:

550: 550 5.1.1 ...@... Recipient address rejected: ... in virtual mailbox table

After checking that the user can receive emails from outside accounts (ismyemailworking.com offers a quick way to do this if you don't have a test email account readily available), try resending the invitation. I've cleared the particular email address from our mail service's suppression list, so additional attempts will be sent from Jira Cloud.

Hi @Administrateur Informatique,

have you removed this user before? If so the the user may be disabled.

Try to login at admin.atlassian.com

1. Click on "Directory"

2. Click on "Managed Accounts"

3. Click on the account that is effected. If this account is deactivated, activate it.

4. Try to resend the invitation.

Hi Svenja,

Thank you so much for your prompt answer. I do not have any Managed Accounts yet.

I just use the User Interface to Invite users. The user is not suspended.

I have tried to delete this user and recreate it but the invitation did not seem to be received prior to this.
