New user not receiving invite

Good day,

I added a new member to my team, however, the invite email is not being received. I suspect that the email address has been put on a block list and as such each attempt to resend the invite is being suppressed.

My reason for thinking this is as follows:

1) I created the email address of the new team member 
2) I then immediately invited them to JIRA
3) My assumption is that when the invite email was sent, the new email address had not fully propagated across the Internet which may have resulted in an invalid email address error.

This error may have not led to the email being blocked/suppressed entirely.

How does one get this issue resolved on the free plan? Support sending me to the forums, forums sending me to support.

Hi Sean,

If you suspect that the user has been added to a block list I recommend contacting our Support team at Contact Support as they would be able to verify this and remove the suppression.

Contact Support led me to the forums since I am on the free plan.
