Next issue shortcut 'j' seems not to work

Next issue shortcut 'j' does not work when using 'View Issue' and 'Issue Navigator' screens

While previous shortcut 'k' works fine

Open issues list using 'Issues Navigator' to reproduce, also open any issue from the list to reproduce the bug on the 'View Issue' screen

Please confirm or let me know what am I doing wrong

I have this issue as well and its quite uncomfortable as I was used to using keyboard shortcuts. 'k' works fine but 'j' doesn't!
