i found now this setenv.sh file. But i not really see any proxy entry
You would have to add some lines in that file, it is in the link I provided in the first reply. But uf Jira can reach the marketplace, it is not the proxy
You could raise an issue with Atlassian support to check if there is an issue with the marketplace.
As workaround you could go the the marketplace listing of the app, go to the version tab and download the latest version that fits for your Jira install.
then go to manage apps un Jira and upload the file.
This is probably the link to the app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217696/troubleshooting-and-support-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=versions

we can not open Ticket by Atlassian, because our URL is internal. And by Ticket they Check external Link !

You can, you just have to choose Server/Data Center and then Jira and then provide the SEN instead of an URL.

Hi Ralf,
thats the configuration for the incoming/reverse proxy.
The outbound proxy is set in the setenv.sh file in the Java Options.
Could you test, if Jira can reach the marketplace in general, for example by going to Apps section and search for a new app?
Then it may be only a problem with that specific app.

Hi @Ralf Thmas ,
do you need a proxy maybe to access the internet?
If that is the case, you can take a look here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/configure-an-outbound-proxy-for-use-in-jira-server-247857187.html
