No Epic Panel

The Epic s panel is not shown at the left of the screen, select Tools > Show Epic Panel, but "Show Epic
Panel" is not an option that is available!!!

No this doesn't resolve our issue. We do not have the "Show Epic Panel" option for any of our projects. Even when I create a brand new project with the greenhopper scheme. I already looked into the link you provided and it doesn't help us.

Please provide further details on how we can gain access to the "Show Epic Panel" option
