No Story Points Field in User Story

When a story is not yet estimated with story points, there is no field to fill in the storypoints in the fullscreen view.

The field is only shown in the backlog view if I chose the user story and show it in the right side of the backlog.

How can I change this?

And a second question: There must be something like a shortcut to open a little popup window to fill in the storypoints. How can I open this little popup?

Hi Uli

This is configured on a project by project bases. You can find it by going to the project, opening the project settings, and clicking "Layout" under the Issues menu list in the left navigation panel. Click "Edit Issue Layout" on the right for the issue type(s) you want to modify.
