No change plan button in subscription management

Hello!

Why I don't see any change plan button next to plan name in my subscription management? I see, for example, "Free plan" for Confluence and "Standard plan" for Jira Software, but there're no buttons to change those planes.

Hi @Alexei Khnykin ,

You should be able to change it at any time.

Click on the cog wheel right-top corner and select Billing, then click on Manage subscriptions

From there you can click on Change on the product you would like to change. You will be redirected and able to change the plan

I believe only site admins are able to change the plan so make sure you are part of that group or talk to your site admin

I am site-admin, this is my organization in jira and I don't have this kind off links neither next to my free plans nor standard plans. Could it be an restriction because of I am russian?

Could it be an restriction because of unpaid bill for jira standard plan, so I wanted to switch to free one by decreasing number of users, because I have difficulties to pay because of I am russian? If it is, could I switch to free plan after I'll find the way to pay this bill?

Probably, I would suggest to talk to Atlassian support for the billing purpose and see how it goes form there
