No comment notifications are reported in Slack.

Hi Guys..

I manage to install Slack with  Jira Software Server .. but i found out that when there is an comment placed or deleted there is no notification in Slack..

 

In Jira i have set all options to on... so not sure why this isnt working right now..

Any help would be appriciated...

Hey @Oscar 88cashbet , 

I don't know that there's a notification for deleted comments, but there should for sure be one for a new comment created. Have you reviewed your Slack configuration for the app? That is likely the source of the notification failure.
