No controls to edit issue in New Jira Issue View

I can't seem to find any controls to edit an issue in the New Jira Issue View.

The `e` shortcut from the old view also does not work in the new view.

Am I missing something?

Hi @Vuong V,

If you have edit permissions for specific fields on the issue, you should be able to edit them.

You can edit them by hovering over the a field and clicking on it, which should reveal UI to edit and update the field inline.

There is no way to edit fields in one screen in the new design, as explained on the new issue view help page:

You can also say goodbye to view and edit modes—just click a field to edit it inline.

You might not have "Edit" permissions on the issue. Can you or the admin check the project permissions?

Thanks Jobin. I was expecting the old one page edit. I din't realise all the fields are now inline edits.
