No email notifications are sent

Dear JIRA community,

We do not receive email notifications after any change we make in any issue, not me user g.voussouras nor my colleague user e.melissaropoulou.

Can you advice please on this?

Dear Ezgi,

I attach in a photo my personal settings. When I update an issue I receive a notification cause 'my changes' in enabled. Whenever any user makes a change I/we receive nothing.

Dear Ezgi, 

Thanks for the reply. It seems to be a problem for all users. I have checked global mail settings, the 2 options there are on. Furthermore I tried to send an outgoing test email to me and did this successfully. In the project notifications we are using the 'Default Notification Scheme' and I see no changes in this.

Hi George, if you are the only users that can't get any mails you must first check your personal settings. But if it's a problem for all users you can check your project notifications and global mail settings.
