No info about Story added to a Sprint

Andrei Ionut Sandu December 9, 2022

Hello,

Please help me with some informations.

I have the ticket PRJ-1234 and Sprint 'FY23 - S10'.

  • The Sprint custom field has the value: FY23 - S10.
  • The Agile value is: Active Sprint: FY23 - S10 ends 20/12/22 16:00.

The problem is that I don't know how those tasks(I have 6 in this situation) were linked to this Sprint which started on 06/12/22. Also, they are from few months ago.

There is no info in the 'Activity' menu. No logs in 'History', nothing...

If you drag&drop form the backlog or use the 'edit' button a log will be generated. There is another way to link/add a Story to a Sprint?

No Story clones involved.

Thank you,

@Andrei Ionut Sandu

Perhaps they don't appear in your SCRUM Board but they are automatically moved when you close a sprint and choose to move uncompleted issues to the next sprint.

Please check your scrum board filters and column mapping to ensure that they should be normally visible in the board.

Let me know if further assistance is needed.

Cheers,

Karim

Hello @Karim ABO HASHISH ,

I didn't even check them in a Board. I checked the info from the task itself. Also, if the task was moved from a Sprint to another you will see this note "Completed Sprint:" in the right side, where is the 'Agile' drop list. For those 6 tickets I see only 'Active Sprint:' which is incorrect associated with them.

If I check the current Sprint in the Reports menu, I will find those 6 tickets as

"Issues completed outside of this sprint".

Ticket history, no Sprint insert.
