No issues in planing board

Sebastian Buckpesch December 18, 2011

Hi,

I want to use the greenhoper agile project management tool to manage my software project. I already created a lot of issues with Bonfire and we are already using jira for a while now. Now I wanted to start with Bonfire and manage my project with scrum.

Unfortunately there are NO ISSUES at all in the planing board view. In total I have 0 issues in my tab agile. Doesn't matter which type of issue I create. How can I see my issues in the Agile Tab of jira?

As I was playing around a little bit with the schemas I could imagine that this is because of the changed schema. But I don't know where to see an error output or where to find a log.

Anyone can help here?

Thanks a lot,

Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,

is the field "Fix Version(s)" activated for all your issue types? (check your field configuration schemes) I heard of this problem when the fix version is not available. If you change anything with the fields, do a reindex afterwards. Then you should see the issues.

Niels

crap this is happening to me too - I had issues in my board, now I don't. perhaps plugin related or changing field configuration schemes. i can only get epics to show up - no other tickets such as user stories or bugs.

Hi,

the solution to the problem was to deinstall some of the other plugins. There was a conflict with one plugin. I deactivated all step by step... Unfortunately I don't remember whcih one it was...

All the best,

Sebastian

Hi,

still no answer for my problem. Does anyone have an idea why no issues appear for my projects?

Thanks a lot,

Sebastian

Hi Danielle,

I try to setup GreenHopper for the first time. I never used it before and I never saw my tasks in it. I switched the issue type schema for one of my projects to "GreenHopper Scrum Issue Types Schema", but still no issues in greenhopper.

I hope you have any idea why this happens. Do you need any more information?

Hi Sebastian, I'm trying to understand the problem here - is it that you used to see issues on your GreenHopper planning board for your project but not any more? Or is it the first time you try to set up this project for GreenHopper?
