No longer able to create a project as a copy of existing project

Previously when creating a project I could base the new project on an existing project. This way it did not create its own schemas and workflows and all those other bits I don't want or need.

The option seems to have disappeared. Please help.

Create Project with Shared Configuration has re-appeared as an option so no need for further help.
