There was a previous question in July (found here ) with the same issue we have started to experience.
There used to be a ticket banner after creating a ticket that would appear and disappear. It would allow you to go to the ticket.
As of this morning, this is not appearing. The team confirmed it was working yesterday, and has just suddenly stopped working. It does not look like any admin settings have been tampered with.
Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions to see this banner again?

In the instances that I am part of, this banner continues to appear.
So I believe that you should open a support request with Atlassian and monitor if this banner appears again.
