I have all notifications, including email notifications, enabled in the settings, but I don’t receive an email when a colleague assigns a task to me. However, I do receive an email when a comment is made on a task or when I am mentioned in a comment. The settings are the same as those of other team members. What setting could be causing this?

Please check the notification scheme of project if Issue Assignee is notified or not.

please check the project notification scheme if there is a notification that is send to Assignee.
You can check that going to project settings >Notifications> you’re assigned to an issue- current assignee
project admins can check above
