No response when I try to create defect in Jira Test management

Hello, 

I found an issue when I try to create the defect in Jira test management.

How to reproduce:

1. Create a test execution

2. Click a test case

3. Click "Defect" and then "Create" to make an issue (pic.1)

4. But no response with blank template (pic.2)

Hi Henry,

I believe you are using the RTM application. If so, I encourage you to contact Deviniti support on their Customer portal. They will definitely help you resolve this issue.
