No transitions found

Using JIRA version 4.4.5 with GreenHopper version 5.8.7

I am having a problem with one of our JIRA projects that is configured to use GreenHopper.

From the GreenHopper Task Board, only the owner of a JIRA issue is able to transition it from the To Do to the In Progress column. Everyone else sees the standard no transitions error dialog "Sorry no transitions were found etc etc".

Other projects that are configured similarly allow any authorized project role to drag and drop a JIRA between columns irrespective of whether that user is the current owner of the JIRA.

Does this symptom suggest anything to you?

Are you using different workflows for the 2 projects? Seems the workflow has different conditions on that transition or the project role used has no members in the project.

All projects on this JIRA isntance share the same workflow.

There are 3 roles on the projects (Administrators, Devlopers, Users). Each role has at least one member.
