NoClassDefFoundError: org/dom4j/Element while upgrading plugins to Jira 10

Hi,

While upgrading one of the custom plugins to Jira 10 version, getting the error,

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/dom4j/Element

This was not happening in the previous versions, has anything changed in the process of creating dom4j element.

When upgrading, you definitively need to check the prerequisites to the underlying programs such as - you guessed it - Java. All software release notes come with upgrade notes. 

Upgrade notes for 10.0.x describe specifically something about Breaking changes to the Java API and how to deal with that.
