Non Billable hours

I have a billable issue which is currently over in hours due to "product leakage". I want to track the leakage within the issue, but I don't want the non-billable hours submitted to impact the remaining budget hours. Is there a way to track billable and non-billable hours within the issue?

Hi Cristina,

I don't think this is possible straight away. But the app Tempo Timesheets was written for this very use case. From my past experiences, I can very much recommend it.
