I really need your help!!
We are having this requirement from Client, that Non-Jira users should be able to submit tickets in Jira Software Project.
Service Desk Project is not choosing an option, because the cost of licenses coming into picture.
Hence looking for a Jira software Project.
Kindly help on these.. How can we get these things done in place??
Do not do this if your Jira is not locked away behind your company firewalls. You will be attacked and you will lose your Jira if you allow anonymous write access on the internet.
You will need to set some permission to anyone ( create issue permission and browse permission if needed)

So you want People to be able to use Jira without being licensed? See the problem?
That said, Enterprise mail handler for Jira does have function to support this via email only. (ie, a non-jira user can send it an email to create and ticket, and have limited interaction with jira via email only.
