Hi Community Gurus,
I am having an issue with kanban board of one of the projects. The project had no kanban board so I created one but I cannot see any issue in the board. Although I am able to see issues when I used filters. I did create new filter and assigned the filter to the new board. I also did enable the sharing for the related filter for the user group concerned. But as a jira-administrator and part of the same group the kanban show no issue at all in To-Do, In Progress and Done. I have also allowed the visibility to every logged in user as well.
I have re-indexed a couple of times also. Not sure what is happening. I have gone through a number of community topics and tried lot of suggested alteration but unfortunately nothing seems to work.
Looking forward to resolution.

Have you mapped the statuses to board column..please have a look at the below KB for more details.

If the status is not mapped to the kanban board columns the issues will not be visible in the board. You want to map the status to the board columns.
Go to Board --> configure --> click on column and map the status to the columns then go back to the board you will be able to see the issues in the board.
