I have added the Jira Power-ups in Trello but when I paste the URL, the error message 'Not a valid Jira URL' displayed.

Hi @Diamond Chan

Welcome to the Community!

Hope you are doing well.

If you're connecting to a Jira Server, you'll first need to install the Trello Connector for Jira Server app to your Jira Server. However, please be aware that your Jira Server has to be accessible on the public internet and not be behind SSO (Single Sign-On). Jira Data Center also needs to be accessible on the public internet and not be behind SSO in order to work with the Jira Power-Up.

For more you may refer the below link:
https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/using-the-jira-power-up/

If it's open and it's still not working, please reach out to Trello support, so they can confirm if there are no issues with the power-up or any other setting on the Trello side:  https://trello.com/contact.

Thanks
Ankit Srivastava
