We use Jira 5.1.3 and need to migrate data from SQL Server to Oracle. Tried to backup data using JIRA's XML backup utility that raised error,
Unable to save the backup file 'C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA513\export\JiraTestBackup.zip'.
We have more than 5 GB data in database. Any help would be appreciated.
Yes disk space will be intersting, monitor available space during the export, if you see it heading to floor, that will be your problem.
There is also an outside chance that you've rolled over 4GB, a FAT32 filesystem wont be able to hold the file.

I'm interested to see the error thrown during generating backup. Apart from that, can you check the harddisk space of the machine?
