Not able to Download Atlassian Plugin SDK on a Windows system.

I'm following the below tutorial to install Atlassian Plugin SDK on WIndows

When I click on the link Download the latest version of the SDK the page is not working.

Also I don't see any latest release on this SDK from the versions history

I want to know if this is still supported from Atlassian, if not how should I get the plugin downloaded to develop a Bitbucket hook.

The SDK is downloading.
You can try allowing pop-ups on the browser, or clear cookies.
