Labels are available on Issue view screen from --more actions---labels.

Hi Madhu,

Can you kindly add more description on the problem here? Anyway as I understand it, you are not able to add labels after upgrading JIRA, may I know if this is related to Issue Label feature?

Anyway just to check on this, can you kindly go to Administration > Field Configurations > Open any field configuration, and confirm if the "Labels" field is listed in the list of system fields?

Yes. For field configuration, Label field is there but on view screen we are unable to add Label for any issue.
