Not able to attach screenshot as it hangs frequently in the description.

Hitting the following issue frequently.

ISSUE:

When we try to attach screenshot in the description it frequently hangs. Please help us on this issue.

I used to have this problem when attaching screenshots in comments. I think it's a bug. 

the behavior is like this? :

Write description/comment

Add attachment 

Save button does nothing?

Solution ( for me ): 

Write description/comment and save.

Edit description/comment and add attachments then save.
