Not able to change priorities

I have Project Admin rights and not bale to change and adjust priorites, issue types and for example add story point filed to my project.

please check the following items :

• Priority - Please verify that Priority is in edit screen
• Issue Type - Please verify that your user has "Move Issues" permission in the project permission scheme
• Story Points - Please verify that Story Points is in edit screen

Please contact your jira administrator to check the project permissions and fields on the edit-screen, as these configurations have to be done by a jira admin.
