It would be great to know exactly where you have a problem to be able to assist you or even understand how to help.

The official installation guide here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/installing-jira-applications-on-windows-938846835.html should help with installing the application. (Please select other OS guides if you are not on windows. The link is also included)
