I am not able to export the users from Jira. When I click export, there comes a pop-up saying the list is sent to my mailbox. There is some issue with my Outlook 365 mailbox where I am not receiving any new mails (same issue with my colleague's mailbox as well).
Earlier we had an option of downloading the list in browser itself but this option changed and the list is now being sent to the mailbox. Is there any option where I could change these settings?
@Akash Soam check with your support team if any of Atlassian's email id is blocked, I would also suggest opening a support ticket on Atlassian support to make sure your email id is not blocked on their side
Hi Sakina, thanks for answering that. Issue with my mailbox is that I am not receiving any mails from past 1 week not only from atlassian. I just wanted to check if there are other methods of getting this report other than email.
