Not able to get work logged by a user in Jira Rest API

Hi All,

I am using Jira Rest API to fetch the work logged by resources for all the tickets. I have a Jira Site Admin account and use the API Key generated by the site admin for accessing the information using Jira Rest API. However, I have found that I am unable to get work logged by certain users using the rest API even though i can see their work logged in Jira. Somebody please help

Do you have any security schemes applied to the tickets where those users logged their work time?

No, there are no security schemes applied. I am able to get the work logged through Rest API when the resource logs their hours through TeamBoard Time Planner. But the time logged directly in a ticket is not available in the Rest API response
