Not able to import Trac database

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am trying to evaluate the use of Jira over Trac, which is our current bug tracker, however getting several errors and not able to import the files. Not sure if this is due to something within our files are if has something to do with the servers. Attached is a screenshot of the error screen. Thanks for any help.
