Not able to see gadgets in Jira server 7.4 after having admin rights...urgent

Its little urgent. clicked on load gadgets also.... still able to see two gadgets that is

Bubble Chart and Introduction

Welcome to the community.

Were you able to see more gadgets before you acquired admin rights?

On this post the Deployment Type says "Cloud" but you say this relates to JIRA Server 7.4. Are you actually using JIRA Server (on premise) or are you using JIRA Cloud?

Hi Trudy,

I was not able to see more than 2 gadgets before admin rights also.

After registering here with my official id it has led me Jira Cloud...dont know why...however i am currently using jira server 7.4.3 where i am facing this gadget availability issue and its a critical one...need your help...

what could have been the reason?

What gadgets do you expect to see that you are not seeing? Can you provide a screen image of what you see?

Do any of the other users of your system see more gadgets?

Have you changed the BASE URL in your JIRA system, as mentioned in this other community post?
