Not able to shift open, in progress items to newly created column. Help!

Hi,

I created a new project and have added a new column, "In review". However, am I missing  a step in the mapping? I can't move my items to "In review" the newly added column.

I've looked at project setting and workflow can't really edit or try much.

It also has entries in it already, so I can't copy a template and overwrite it. 

Any advise and help is much appreciated.

are there transitions in your workflow allowing an issue to be transitions to the new status "In review"?

Yes, depending on your setup you‘ll need at least project admin permissions, maybe even Jira admin permissions.
