Hello guys,
to organize our daily standup meetings within our department, I have created a filter that filters all tickets in all projects for a specific user group. It looks like this:
assignee in membersOf(group) AND resolution = Unresolved ORDER BY created DESC
I have created a new kanban board and iam not able to use this filter within the board (It doesn't show up in the select list, neither can I enter the name manually). The filters visibility is set to "My organization". Other filters I have created in a similar way can be used by a kanban board.
Any idea what's causing this problem?
Hi @Dominic Kleinert ,
I do not think that the issue with the jql. It may be with the name of the filter. There is a limit on the number of filters with the same prefix that can be displayed when you create a board. Try renaming to a unique name or something that is not used by other filters and try again.
That is actually the case. I can't believe it though. Why can't I enter the name manually? All our specific department filters start with the same prefix. So you are saying I have no way of structuring filters because then i will not be able to use them?
That's ridicilous... (Obviously not your fault, I just can't believe that that's an issue that exists)
Thanks for your help!
