Not all projects were copied to the sandbox i created

Hi, i created a sandbox and requested a copy from production. I got an email that the copy was complete but only two out of seven projects were copied to the sandbox. any suggestion how to get all projects copied?

are they all the same project type or are the projects that don't get copied a different type/product?

The are all "company managed". When i click on a project and issues i get an error: The key does not exist.

for ex the project WEB with issues WEB-01, WEB-02... when i want to see all issues in that project the error is: "The value 'WEB' does not exist for the field 'project'."

Also the board are missing.

Could you please verify the permission schemes to ensure he is part of the groups that have the Browse projects permission on the projects that he thinks are missing?

The data copying process does carry over your users & groups, but product access has to be granted afterwards. You’ll need to add the users you want separately.
