Not getting email notification upon issue creation

I created issue on Jira software under a project. But for some reason, I am not getting the email notifications. On project settings, I can see I have following scheme,Screen Shot 2020-06-10 at 1.41.11 PM.png

Hello Amulya,

- First thing I would do is check if "outgoing mail" is enabled (settings --> system --> mail --> outgoing mail)
- Second I would confirm if "Email notifications for issue activity" is enabled in your personal settings 
- Then I would use "Notification Helper" to  figure out why you didn't get an email notification for events concerning a specific issue, e.g. when a comment was added.

1. It is enabled.

2. Checked on all boxes

3. See the attached log.

It started to work. The notifications came a little late.
