I'm not getting emails of jira notifications for last one day. It was working fine before that.

Hey @Sulman Tariq

Welcome to the community!

This could be for a number of reasons, so we'll need more information.

Are you in cloud or server? Does the domain contain .atlassian.net? then you are in cloud

Are you the project admin? If so can you check the notification scheme used for the project? Your project admin might have turned notifications off for certain actions.

If you are using server, there could be a problem with the mail queue.

Let me know if you can gather more information!

Hi Sulman,

in that case debugging is a complicated task - as the Community has not the chance to take a look at configuration or logfiles.

So here a few things to consider.

Did your notification schemes change? Check notification schemes carefully. Double check with notification helper.

Is the mail server reachable, up and running? Check log files for a possible occurrence of problems.

Take a look at the mail logs of Jira. (Please also take a look here for further information: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/enable-mail-debugging-mode-in-jira-server-816520648.html).

Did something change in mail infrastructure? Keep an eye on spamfilter configurations, if in place. In some cases mails are delivered but put to Spam/Junk folders.

There are some other known cases, just to name two of them:

Overall, it is hard to say which circumstances are given in your case. The situation most probably needs a deeper look with an administrator of your server(s).

Cheers,
Daniel
