Not getting invitation email

Hi my employer is trying to give me an access but I am not receving any invitation email for the bitbucket repository.

Hi,

We are currently tracking an incident where these invitations and some other notifications appear to not be going out for some users.  We are tracking this over in https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/q6q5df85568d

I recommend subscribing to that statuspage incident for updates on this.

Does you employer pay for their Atlassian product use, or are they using the Free versions of the products?

If they are paying for the Atlassian products, the Site Administrators can open a support case directly with Atlassian to get assistance.
