Not invited user in the project

have you seen the user that was not invited to Jira??

Why is it in the project?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Automation for Jira is a service account and is needed by Automation so it can trigger automation rules in your project. This is similar to other apps that need specific access in projects in order to work.

Hi @Olga D ,
I think you should check that user if they happen to have an email. If not I think the best way to verify is to report this case back to admin
