Hello, as of today I stopped receiving Jira email notifications. The settings have not been changed, I have checked them, all notifications are enabled. What could be the problem?

Hello @Anastasiia Derendiaeva

Welcome to the Atlassian Community

I understand that you are not receiving emails. I suspect this is due to the email suppression

Adding to the suppression list is a mechanism to avoid spamming recipient mail servers and indicating that an error has occurred, having identified they are not available to receive the email. The recipient may not be available due to various reasons some of which are, but are not limited to - DNS Resolution, Mailbox being full, Network issues, Firewall rules, Mailbox unavailable, Mail Servers facing reach-ability issues, User not setup, mailbox being inactive, etc.

We have a community post that can help you to un-suppress emails. Please find the posts below

If you still facing issues, request you to reach out to support here: https://support.atlassian.com/ so that we can further check the account.

Thank You,

Prachi

Welcome @Anastasiia Derendiaeva

So you have checked your personal settings?

Have you checked Admin email audit settings? (Going in Settings > System > Admin email audit)

This could be due to a Jira system outage (check Atlassian Status), your email server blocking/filtering Jira notifications (inspect spam/junk folders), or accidental subscription (go to Jira Profile > Email Preferences). If using a corporate email, IT might have new security rules blocking external emails. Ask your Jira admin to verify Outgoing Mail settings in Jira Settings > System > SMTP and review audit logs for failed notifications. If third-party apps  manage emails, temporarily disable them to test.

Hi @Anastasiia Derendiaeva , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.

You might have been added to the suppression list. Please check out this guide for how to get your emails back - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/unblock-existing-users-whose-emails-are-on-the-suppression-list-jira-software-and-jira-work-management-projects-only-1456341531.html

Best wishes
