Not receiving Password reset email

Team,

We setup a user account for Michael Bailey and he has not received the email to setup his password. We tried to send him a reset password email, but it hasn't arrived.

His email address is michael.bailey@ybr.com.au

Could you please let us know for which application you are talking i mean Jira server or cloud?

We are using the Jira Cloud version.

Hi Steve,

The Cloud team has a way they can look up your email address to see if it's on any block lists and remove it.
