We setup a user account for Michael Bailey and he has not received the email to setup his password. We tried to send him a reset password email, but it hasn't arrived.

We are using the Jira Cloud version.

The Cloud team has a way they can look up your email address to see if it's on any block lists and remove it.
Please reach out to them so they can assist you.
