When i am trying to reset my password, i don't get email.

Did you check your Spam-Folder if the email is there maybe?
Are you using the Atlassian Cloud or an self-hosted Jira?
If you are using a self-hosted Jira, you have to ask your admins, why you do not receive the email.
If you are using the Cloud, you will need to reach out to the support, I think.
I checked my spam folder but there is no email from jira.
So think i need to reach out to support team.
Can you please provide me email address of jira support team ?

Most teams map their credentials to WINDOWS Active Directory credentials, therefore if self-hosted running the Server version and not the cloud then ask internal System Administrators and if cloud ask Atlassian team.

Hi,
A friend of mine faces the issue of not receiving the password recovery email and cannot submit the issue in bitbucket support contact since it requires to login as well. The email address is j.sajeewa@directfn.com. Please send a password recovery email to this email address.

This is a community and we cannot send a password recovery link for you.
You will need to contact your admin to solve this problem
