Hi, 

I am not receiving any emails from Jira/Confluence invite or confirmation email when setting up account. This issue is only happening with a single email address.

Thank you for your response.

I actually raised a ticket exactly a week ago. I though I'd post here for visibility as many other similar issues has been resolved.
