Hi @Mario Tobar ,

I saw your domain pop up on another question today as well, and have cleared several email addresses off the list.

Cheers,

Hi @Filip Budny , welcome to the Community!

These email addresses returned this error back to our mail service:

511: 511 sorry, no mailbox here by that name / skrzynka pocztowa odbiorcy nie istnieje (#5.1.1 - vuser)

As a result, our mail delivery service paused notifications to those addresses. This can happen for example if invitations are sent out before the mailboxes are completely set up (some mail servers take several minutes to make a mailbox active). I've cleared the pauses from our system, and further attempts to send the confirmation emails will flow out now. Assuming there are no additional issues that would cause your organization's mail server to return the emails, they should be delivered going forward.

Cheers,
Daniel | Atlassian Support
